No. LyfeStyle does not process payments. Vendors generate invoices inside the app. Customers pay externally by bank transfer, cash, or any method the vendor accepts. Either party marks the invoice paid, then platform support verifies it and updates the status to Paid Verified.
Vendors register with company details, license documents, and contact information. The Super Admin reviews each application and approves or rejects with a reason. Approved vendors pick a Cubes subscription plan, complete payment externally, and get full dashboard access on mobile and web.
Cubes are active customer slots. One Cube equals one ongoing project. The 5 Cubes plan handles five projects at a time. When a project closes, that Cube frees up for a new customer. Larger plans hold 20 Cubes or unlimited projects with more team subaccounts.
